What is changing, and what is not?
NCCO, the company behind the DateCodeGenie, has been a long-time partner of OLM Foods and has now completed an acquisition of the RightBytes portfolio of software applications which you formerly accessed at olmportal.com. All the features like reporting and analytics, menu management, online ordering, inventory and waste management, and more are all still available. Many have even been upgraded with exciting new options! However, they have a new home on the web-- EatSuite, your one-stop shop for all NCCO applications and services. This change will also enable NCCO to serve you with a more complete and intuitive experience from DateCodeGenie to RightBytes and beyond.
Meanwhile, OLM Foods is still your trusted supplier for the best food in the C-store industry. Their new e-commerce platform will serve you even better than before.
Is all my data still there?
Yes. Your data will be available for continued connection to every part of your foodservice operation, from compliance and prep planning to real-time reporting and performance tracking.

Do I need to set up new accounts or passwords to get logged in?
No, you can log in using the same email and password you have been using on OLMPortal.com for RightBytes going forward.
One thing to remember, however, is that going forward these two systems will not be connected, so any changes you make to your username or password in RightBytes will not change the data in OLMPortal.com or vice versa.
What changes should I expect for my login experience for RightBytes?
If you start at OLMPortal.com, you can access your Insights data and all the RightBytes services by clicking in the RightBytes link at the top of OLMPortal.com.
If you wish, you can also navigate directly to EatSuite.com by typing it into your address bar or using a bookmark (recommended).
You will then be asked to log in. This will use a new and improved login experience making your access to all RightBytes services both easier and more secure.
After logging in, what you see will depend on whether you are a RightBytes customer or not:
- RightBytes Customers: You will see links to StockSmart, TaskBytes, DishPatch, InstaMenu, InsightsAI, CompassAI, and InsightsLite.
- All others: You will see a link to Insights AI, where you will see data similar to what you were used to at OLMPortal.com. This is a small fraction of what the full Insights AI product contains, so if you wish to upgrade at some time in the future, please get in touch!
What happens if I don't update my bookmarks?
The new OLMPortal.com will include a “RightBytes” link at the top, directing users to EatSuite.com:
You can also get to EatSuite from any web browser by typing EatSuite.com in to the location bar.
For easiest access, we recommend that you add EatSuite to your favorites.
How do I get support if I need it?
EatSuite will include:
- Built-in training materials and guides directly in the portal
- Max Profit, an interactive virtual guide to help users explore new modules and features
